WWE Champion Drew McIntyre is currently channeling his history with Sheamus to tell a compelling story of a relationship that has gone sour between two friends on RAW. Drew McIntyre can tell a similar story with Jinder Mahal as well, based on the two of them being a part of the 3MB faction.
Jinder Mahal & Drew McIntyre have both won the WWE championship since 3MB split.Poor Heath Slater can't spend as much time working out as those 2 though because he's got kids!#JusticeForHeath#WWEpic.twitter.com/o83DBC8MdD
Thus far, Sheamus has not been portrayed as someone who is nearly as bulletproof as the WWE Champion. This is a problem that is easily overcome, with the right kind of booking.
Maybe Sheamus finds an ally in Jinder Mahal, someone with similar interests as him. In fact, when SK Wrestling caught up with the WWE Champion (interview linked at the very top of the page) McIntyre pretty much named Jinder Mahal and Sheamus as future opponents he'd like to face (this was prior to the 2021 Royal Rumble).
