Maybe the long term plan is to have Lana allied with Aiden English. Between Aiden English and Rusev, it is English who needs her far more as a valet. Rusev is a made superstar who will be fine even without a support system. English has never been a top tier star and could do with Lana's help.

Therefore, the video could be a setup in which an affair is teased to get Rusev to lose his cool. And this could potentially lead to a face turn after we find out that Lana was also involved in the same. It could make for a very interesting program indeed.
