WWE Fastlane: 5 matches we want to see

Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns, SmackDown (February 26th)
Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns, SmackDown (February 26th)

Daniel Bryan and Edge vs. Roman Reigns and Jey Uso

Daniel Bryan Edge SmackDown
Daniel Bryan and Edge, SmackDown (February 26th)

This seems like a fairly likely scenario after the finish to SmackDown last week. Actually, it's probably a lot more likely than the Bryan/Reigns singles match (and it's probably the wiser route as Bryan vs. Reigns is a title program with some legs). We'd still get Bryan in the ring with Reigns via a tag bout, while also getting Roman's challenger for WrestleMania involved.

I'll be honest, a couple of weeks ago, I was really hoping for an Edge and Christian vs. Roman Reigns and Jey Uso tag team match. And that one still sounds oh so good. However, Christian's pending return seems to have been put on the backburner for the time being and this seems like a likely candidate for Fastlane.

If this match were to happen, it also seems like a Daniel Bryan vs. Jey Uso match could end up coming out of it for WrestleMania, if not for the following week's SmackDown. It's not like the two haven't already worked several matches together, but Bryan vs. Uso always has delivered when the bell rings and it would be quite a spot for Jey Uso at the biggest show of the year.

Bryan has spent most of the last year putting over and/or elevating younger talent. Jey Uso has been one of the biggest rising stars in WWE over the last year, so a match with a living legend like Bryan at WrestleMania would cement his place as a star to be reckoned with moving forward.
