The Undisputed Era

Adam Cole is the current NXT North American Champion after defeating five other talents at NXT Takeover: New Orleans. Since joining NXT, Cole has progressed into the leader of Undisputed Era (also consisting of Bobby Fish, Kyle O'Reilly, and Roderick Strong).

This year has been kind to Cole. He has become the first-ever North American champion and won both the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic and the NXT Tag Team championships. Moreover, his performances and leadership have exponentially grown. Therefore what will his future hold?

Presently Aleister Black possess the NXT Championship. Cole has never won this accolade. Therefore, it would be interesting to see whether they would face-off for the title. Last year Black and Cole fought in an Extreme Rules match, and it was excellent, see video below. With a rematch, the stakes are much higher. Moreover, their ring credentials have immensely improved. This match would be an epic showdown.
