#4. Cesaro

Cesaro is the most underrated WWE Superstar of all time. He didn't even get his WrestleMania match on the main card until last year! WWE has failed to recognize Cesaro's potential.

The Swiss Superman's first WrestleMania bout was against Seth Rollins, where he emerged victorious. He was being pushed before WWE's WrestleMania Backlash. At the event, Cesaro lost to Roman Reigns, ending his push.

Zayn and Cesaro have a history together, which could be a reason for their feud. During the start of 2020, Cesaro, Nakamura & Zayn were allies. Back then, both Nakamura and Cesaro helped Zayn win the Intercontinental Championship.

Handing the Intercontinental Championship to The Swiss Cyborg would be a great way to resume his push. The WWE Universe is already aware of Cesaro's flair and he could be a great challenger for Sami Zayn's title.

#3. Shinsuke Nakamura

Shinsuke Nakamura was defeated by Sami Zayn on last week's SmackDown for the Intercontinental Championship. The King of Strong Style won the title in August 2021 after defeating Apollo Crews. He carried the title for 189 days.

The two-time Intercontinental Champion could get his rematch at WrestleMania 38 against Sami Zayn. Nakamura didn't evince himself to be a good champion during his second reign with the Intercontinental title. Nakamura winning the title a third time will give him another chance to prove his worth.
