#5. Shinsuke Nakamura
This choice makes the most sense. Since his heel turn in Wrestlemania, Nakamura is doing wonders with his character. Though he couldn't grab the WWE title from AJ Styles, he justified his heel turn at Extreme Rules by defeating Jeff Hardy to win United States Championship belt.
He is a gifted wrestler, but his character demands good promos from him, and since, the English language is not his strongest suit, he lacks in that area. In the kind of place he is in, at the moment, if he could just get Paul, he could do miracles with that belt and could possibly become the face of the company in the near future.
