One of the most exciting matches Edge could have in WWE is against Daniel Bryan. It could happen at WrestleMania if Bryan doesn't end up challenging Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship, which he absolutely should by the way. This would be a fitting alternative for him, though.

There are parallels between Bryan and Edge, with the two of them being forced to retire early due to medical reasons. Both Superstars fought with grit to eventually return to the ring and have a final WWE run on their terms. Bryan made his comeback in 2018 and has had some incredible moments along the way.

These two are among the greatest storytellers in WWE today, with a match between them looking to be a masterpiece. If not at WrestleMania, Edge vs. Bryan must happen before either of them retires again.
