There is no better name on this list than Adam Cole that could put over Killer Kross in his debut feud for NXT. While this would likely make Kross a babyface, that may be the response he would receive from the fans anyway, being that he is such a highly anticipated signing.

If that's the case, having him feud with The Undisputed Era leading up to a major match with Adam Cole could establish Kross as a major force to be reckoned with. As I've already stated, The Era could be on the way out of NXT and with that, Cole could put over Kross before moving onto the red or blue brand.

You could quickly give Kross a major win coming into the brand against the man who is possibly the biggest star NXT has seen. This feud makes the most sense if Cole is on his way out of NXT. Cole could drop the title to Ciampa in Portland and then put Kross over in Tampa before Cole and his faction say goodbye to Full Sail University and the NXT Universe.
