#3 The Miz and John Morrison win the titles clean
John Morrison, who last wrestled for WWE in 2011, returned to the company earlier this year and got back into the action right away. After teaming up with The Miz, who turned heel after his encounters with ‘The Fiend’ Bray Wyatt, it was obvious that the company saw bringing The Miz and Morrison back together was best for business.
The former Tag Team Champions have since defeated Kofi Kingston and Big E individually on a few instances, and that helped them jump the line for a shot at the Blue brand’s Tag Team Titles.
Now that they are at the forefront of SmackDown, and Morrison’s return has helped WWE garner some more viewership, the company will look to cash in on that and give Morrison a run with the belt soon.
Keeping that in mind, the SmackDown Tag Team Championships could do wonders for Miz’s current standing and Morrison’s return.
At Super ShowDown, we could watch the two men defeat The New Day clean to score a major win and take the titles home without creating any controversies. This will help both Superstars gain more value and allow them to stay at the top for some time, especially with WrestleMania 36 on the horizon.
