Daniel Bryan mentored the Top One Percenter on the fourth season of NXT

One of the biggest story arcs of Daniel Bryan's career has been his rivalry with The Miz, who was his Pro in the inaugural season of NXT, back when it was a reality show.

Bryan has been feuding with the Miz throughout his WWE career with the duo developing a deep level of hatred against one another.

Miz has been an integral part of Bryan's career in the WWE and has been one of his seminal Opponents with whom the American Dragon has locked horns, time and time again.

But very few people remember that Bryan actually mentored EC3 in the fourth season of NXT as his Pro.

EC3 made it to the last three of the tournament before being eliminated. Over the past one and half decade, we have seen a plethora of matches pitting a mentor against his rookie.

Whether be it Triple H Vs Batista, Miz Vs Daniel Bryan or Triple H Vs Randy Orton, all of these feuds have delivered massively on the big stage and we don't any reason why WWE won't redo the same with EC3 and Daniel Bryan, especially after Bryan has gone full heel over the past few weeks.

Given how much he has tormented by his Mentor, The Miz over the past one decade, Bryan could take out all of his frustrations on a debuting EC3, whom he mentored on NXT.

This would be the perfect post-WrestleMania feud for Bryan and would make for interesting TV.

The back and forth between the duo alone will be worth the money. Given how much EC3 improved over the years and Bryan's ability to have a great match with almost anyone on the roster, this one will surely be one for the ages.
