Seth Rollins made an enemy out of 'The Samoan Submission Machine' after he had AOP attack, Samoa Joe after the trio had an altercation with him on RAW a few weeks ago. The attack on Joe by the AOP led to the former United States Championship ditching the announcer desk and returning to in-ring competition. Joe would align himself with Kevin Owens to try to take out Rollins and The AOP.
This isn't the first time when the 'Samoan Submission Machine' and 'The Architect' are at loggerheads. Back in 2016, Samoa Joe debuted on the main roster when he attacked Rollins on the behalf of Triple H on the RAW after Royal Rumble. The duo had a brief feud following WrestleMania 33 which sadly wasn't as great as many had hoped.
However, now with the roles being reversed and Joe back to being to a babyface, this feud already feels like a bigger deal than it was four years ago. Joe defying Seth isn't something the Monday Night Messiah is going to take lightly and we can all be assured that he will do everything to make life difficult for the California-native.
