#1 The Fiend
Isn't it funny how almost any match against The Fiend is considered a dream match?
It's seriously started to feel that way at this point, but it would be irresponsible not to include a dream encounter between The Fiend and Sting on this list. In fact, between The Fiend's mind games and Sting's ability to play the silent hero, this would be pretty interesting to watch unfold.
Sure, the same could be true for almost any Superstar you put The Fiend up against, but unlike most of the other options, this one would be a passing of the torch moment. It could even be a great appetizer for whatever WWE has planned for The Fiend at WrestleMania 36, which is something that should be considered.
If nothing else, it serves perfectly as a stop-gap and a passing of the torch moment. It's not too much, but just enough to rope fans in and keep them entranced on The Road to WrestleMania. That's the kind of feeling that WWE needs to create right now, and hopefully, they can.
