Survivor Series would be the perfect place for The Undertaker and The Fiend to meet face-to-face finally.
The Undertaker made his WWE debut at Survivor Series in 1990. This year he bids farewell to the WWE Universe. Judging by the worldwide promotion, WWE will give the occasion all of the pomp and circumstance it deserves.
In an interview for the New York Post, The Undertaker recently spoke very positively about The Fiend and applauded the character.
"We could have really done something special together. Especially since I worked with Bray right after I lost to Brock that year. I think it would have been a really nice catalyst into where he's at now."
Bray Wyatt raised many eyebrows when he replied to a tweet that the official WWE account put out. The post was promoting The Undertaker's 'Final Farewell", reliving all of the Deadman's opponents. Wyatt replied simply with "Not quite ALL".
Could this ominous message and The Undertaker's desire to work with The Fiend foreshadow what is to come at Survivor Series? There is definitely a possibility of something like this taking place.
At the end of the ceremony, expect to see the lights flicker and power down. The eery screech could play and The Fiend could make his presence felt. No physicality may take place but just a moment between the two, where The Fiend and The Undertaker could stand side-by-side in what would be a perfect passing-of-the-torch moment.
