#1: Taboo Tuesday
Taboo Tuesday, which would later become Cyber Sunday, was an idea that, in hindsight, was way ahead of its time.
The format for the event was simple, fans would get to choose between three options for matches in an online poll. These options were either match gimmicks or competitors, and the results would be revealed on the night.

The event first took place in 2004 and, aside from taking place on a Tuesday, went down fairly well with the WWE audience.
Fast forward 14 years and the WWE is one of the most active sports companies in the world when it comes to social media. There are countless platforms they could use to generate votes and providing they genuinely allowed fans to choose what was going to happen, there is no reason this wouldn't be a massive success for the WWE.
