The buildup to the Survivor Series on November 19th is in full flow, and WWE is pulling out all the stops to make sure the WWE Universe is invested in the PPV. This week in WWE saw some major returns, freshening up the storylines while also providing a more precise picture of the upcoming PPV.
The champion vs champion matchups is currently being shadowed by the traditional 5-on-5 Survivor Series matchup between the brands, as Kurt Angle and Shane McMahon look to renew their Attitude Era rivalry once again.
The battle for brand supremacy is in full flow, and the WWE Universe is buzzing with numerous questions after the completion of this week's WWE Programming.

#5 When will RAW take revenge?
The "Under Seige" segment received wide attention from the WWE Universe and deservingly so, as it was an unexpected and brutal attack by the Smackdown Live Roster.
WWE made sure the groundwork for the battle between two brands was laid out in proper fashion, and many expect the RAW team to look for revenge on the embarrassment suffered last week. Until now, WWE has done a good job of avoiding the cliched route by having RAW stall their attack for a later date.
Whenever the strike happens, it should be impactful and create intrigue amongst the WWE Universe, which will be a brilliant way to get proper hype for the PPV.
#4 Why was Bryan ambushed?
Daniel Bryan came to RAW this past Monday to explain Smackdown Live's actions the previous week, but his meeting with the RAW GM, Kurt Angle didn't end well. He was attacked by his former partner Kane, who dropped him with a chokeslam. Bryan had to be taken out on a stretcher and didn't appear the next night on SDL.
Daniel Bryan has been kept away from any wrestling action for the last two years, but he has voiced his desire to return to the squared circle for quite some time now.
If this attack leads to a future comeback of Daniel Bryan, the WWE Universe will be pumped up.
#3 What's next for the Best Friends?
Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn both failed to help each other gain a spot on the Survivor Series team for Smackdown Live. The Canadian duo is currently not scheduled for any matches at Survivor Series, and given the mean streak, they are currently on, a spot on the card for Survivor Series is due.
Owens and Zayn have reignited their friendship over the past few weeks, which has resulted in some delightful performances from them, especially the obnoxious heel Sami Zayn.
Both these superstars have issues with Randy Orton and the team captain Shane McMahon, so a betrayal from them leading to Smackdown tasting defeat at SS could be an interesting decision.
It remains to be seen what WWE has scheduled for Owens and Zayn.
#2 Why is AJ Styles fighting the lackeys?
AJ Styles stepped up to Jinder Mahal and has seemingly become the next in line for the WWE Championship. Styles is back in the title picture after a long duration, a title picture which has become stale due to Jinder Mahal's below-par run with the belt.
Shinsuke Nakamura faced off against the Singh Brothers and later lost against Mahal due to interference from the former Bollywood Boyz. Orton had to face the same fate, and Styles looks to be going in the same direction.
Styles is a prestigious talent and if he has to undergo the same ritual as Nakamura and Orton before him, expect the fans to be massively disappointed. The WWE Universe is itching to see the Phenomenal One fight the Modern Day Maharaja, and WWE should head towards that direction soon.
#1 Does the Monster want the IC Championship?
Braun Strowman made yet another empathic return on Monday Night Raw this week, and his arrival was met with a thunderous response from those in attendance as well as the fans watching all over the world.
The sight of Braun Strowman rising from the garbage truck and then running behind the Miztourage to destroy them was a delight to watch. He has turned babyface, and the future plans for him are going to be of much interest to the fans.
Braun Strowman has not won any title in WWE in his two-year tenure with the company and giving him an Intercontinental Championship run will be a wise decision for the company.
