At the 2011 Hell in a Cell pay-per-view, Randy Orton found himself facing Mark Henry for the World Heavyweight Championship. Mark Henry had defeated him earlier in the year to win the title, and Orton was looking to win it back.

Orton even hit Henry with the RKO for a near-fall towards the end of the match. Henry still kicked out and Orton tried the punk kick on Henry. Instead, Henry turned it into the World's Strongest Slam. He then went on to take a chair, place Orton's leg inside the chair and tried a slingshot splash on it.

Henry at the time was inducting people into what he called his "Hall of Pain" and had broken multiple legs in this manner. Orton avoided the splash and hit Henry with the chair instead.

Randy Orton stood tall at the end of the match, but even so, it was after a loss that saw him unable to win back the World Heavyweight Title.
