#3 No Way Jose

No more dancing!

Like Sarah Logan, No Way Jose is actually pretty good in the ring. When he had matches in NXT, and especially with Elias, he was able to carry a match and get serious when needed to. Right now, he's primarily a stepping stone for those on WWE RAW. His dancing gimmick is fun and gets the crowd somewhat involved, but Rollins could easily tempt him by saying "there's more than just a conga line. If you join me, I can lead you to greatness."

I'm not sure if Rollins would outright go recruit particular people, but groups like his usually conscript members that are towards the fringes of society or those who feel betrayed by it. Jose has never really been shown to be someone who gets upset but it would be easy for him to attack a few of his conga line to get things rolling. He could easily say that he's starting to buy into what Rollins has been preaching about and he needs to change things up.

His gimmick is past its expiration date and he's too talented to be left behind. If he did join the group, he'd get to show a different side of his character both emotionally and in the ring. He's also a big enough guy and would provide a good challenge for anyone opposing the Monday Night Messiah.
