#1 Ricochet
Ricochet actually won the title over the summer last year but is still looking to capture his next championship. He has routinely wowed the crowd with his feats of athleticism and move set. The One and Only even beat both Seth Rollins and Lashley in order to face The Beast Incarnate at Super ShowDown but he was defeated rather quickly.
Like Black, Ricochet isn't going to be a staple of the WWE title scene just yet but he needs to be utilized properly. There were some rumors that Vince McMahon has lost interest in The One and Only and if that's true, it's a shame. Ricochet was a case promotion from NXT that got the crowd behind him from the start. As Shayna Baszler is finding out now, reactions and expectations vary greatly from NXT to the main roster. Because of his crowd-pleasing style, however, it wasn't hard for Ricochet to immediately connect with audiences.
As mentioned on the Alexander slide, the US title scene should be used as a work-rate division. The mid-card on RAW is full of extremely gifted workers like Alexander, Ricochet, Murphy, Andrade, Rusev, Samoa Joe, Carrillo, Mysterio and Black.
RAW needs to take advantage of that and book a plethora of matches featuring great workers rather than the same four.
