Peyton Royce and Tye Dillinger are one of many couples who actually met whilst working for WWE. After dating for several years, the couple revealed they were in a relationship in 2017 and went on to marry after Dillinger had left the company in 2019.
Even though the couple had been dating since 2015 and had been part of both the NXT and main roster at the same time, WWE failed to acknowledge that these two stars were any more than work colleagues.
Both Dillinger and Royce have since been released from WWE and are once again working for rival promotions. Dillinger requested his release from the company back in 2019 whilst Royce was part of the company's recent budget cuts.
Under the ring name Cassie Lee, Royce is now part of IMPACT Wrestling where she is one half of the Women's Tag Team Champions.
Dillinger has moved on to a career in AEW where he is now known under the ring name Shawn Spears.
