#3 Alexa Bliss may have been quickly eliminated from the Royal Rumble, but she is already a part of the top title scene
Perhaps WWE's creative team did not think that being quickly eliminated from the Women's Royal Rumble would result in any long-term consequences for Alexa Bliss. One possible reason behind this belief is that WWE's higher-ups could already have big things planned for her on RAW, and maybe the Royal Rumble doesn't affect those plans to a huge extent.
Bianca Belair went on to win this year's Women's Royal Rumble match. Since The EST of WWE is on SmackDown, it is believed that she will challenge Sasha Banks for the SmackDown Women's title at WrestleMania.

Meanwhile, this would leave an open spot in Asuka's RAW Women's Championship picture. As of now, Alexa Bliss is still the top contender for the RAW Women's Championship. Bliss has defeated Asuka in a non-title match recently, and the actual title match between these two did not result in a clear winner.
Alexa's chances to become the next RAW Women's Champion are very much alive. This is why Bliss could have been quickly eliminated from the Women's Royal Rumble, with the belief that lesser-known stars could be highlighted in the said match instead of a WWE Superstar who is already destined to fight in the top title scene.
