WWE should have capitalized on Bobby Lashley's nuclear heat.

Why would WWE waste nuclear heat like this? After having the WWE Universe watch Bobby Lashley and Lana's sham wedding, they could have at least given him a title match. Heck, they could have made it a triple threat and that would have been fine.

The problem, however, is that the finish to the number one contender's match on Raw is proof that Lana doesn't change Lashley's situation. It is absolute proof that whether Lashley has a legitimate mouthpiece or not, the company will still overlook him in favor of someone else. That's exactly what they did on Monday and will most likely continue to do so.

Of course, Richochet is deserving of a title shot eventually and has shown a lot of talent between his debut and now, but Lashley has just had so much more going for him. Think about it! So much time was focused on making fans hate Bobby Lashley that you almost feel cheated by him not being a bigger part of the title picture.
