Brock Lesnar brought Kofi Kingston's fairytale reign to a crashing halt in a matter of mere seconds. If he goes over to the RAW brand, he will likely go after Big E and the WWE Championship.
Not only does Kofi Kingston have a chance to seek his revenge against Brock Lesnar, this time around, Big E has an opportunity to represent his brother. There's a story to be explored here that could yield great dividends.

#3 The USA Network clearly wants big guns

The SmackDown side of things is absolutely loaded with stars like Roman Reigns, Becky Lynch, Edge, and Seth Rollins. RAW, on the other hand, lacks that one mainstream style at this caliber.
This is a void that could certainly be filled by Brock Lesnar. Even if he's not present every single week, his mere presence could boost ratings significantly. Plus, he could elevate promising talents like Damian Priest and even Karrion Kross and Keith Lee in due course of time.
