CM Punk
Prior to his departure from WWE in 2014, CM Punk shared the stage with some of the very best Superstars who were a part of the roster at that point in time. Punk's matches against the likes of Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, and Roman Reigns proved that the former WWE Champion was easily capable of mixing it up with the newer generation of stars.

With that being said, a return to WWE for CM Punk could open up the door for him to share the ring with some of the absolute best Superstars he is yet to face. Matches against the likes of Kevin Owens, Johnny Gargano, Adam Cole, and Kyle O'Reilly have the potential to be some classic showdowns.
During his time as a professional wrestler, CM Punk proved why he was regarded as one of the most versatile in-ring performers of all time.
His ability to mix things up inside the squared circle was highly praised by many and given that Punk ever decided to return to WWE, then fans would certainly love to see him step into the ring with the Superstars of the modern generation.
