The profits are great wrestlers and entertainers. They will be an asset to WWE for years to come. Most importantly, the profits will make fantastic former champions. Good luck to them both #Dawgspic.twitter.com/nYTK8CpANv
Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode have been teaming for a while but they really have nothing else in common except for the fact that they are both seasoned veterans. They are also solid hands in the ring, but let's be honest, that's not much of a gimmick. However, in recent times, we've seen them refer to themselves are the Dirty Dawgs, and adopt more of a cohesive look. The name implies that they are ready to fight dirty when required.

This lends credibility to the heel personas that Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode have adopted in the WWE SmackDown brand. If you look at the tweet that's been linked above, it is clear that some cool merchandise may be forthcoming too, sooner or later.

The best way to get the Dirty Dawgs name over is probably to put the titles around the waists of both men, which is exactly what WWE did this week. Do you like the new name?
