WWE, as a corporate entity, always wants its audience to tune in and watch the WWE Network, which is a property completely owned by them. Because a large portion of the fanbase may not necessarily tune in to watch Talking Smack, the company may have planned the end of Heavy Machinery. This is a big piece of news, and once it was made public on social media, many must have gone to check out exactly what had transpired between Otis and Tucker when the news of Heavy Machinery coming to an end was made official.

Even though it doesn't get the love it so rightfully deserves, Talking Smack is a pretty fantastic show even in its current incarnation. Yes, the end of Heavy Machinery was noteworthy and so was the Big E promo that went viral not very long ago, but almost every episode has something worth writing home about. Unfortunately, it's not always necessarily must-see content.
