Even though one glance at Heavy Machinery member Otis reveals him to be a lovable, delightful WWE Superstar, Tucker is a completely different kind of beast. He certainly has the ability to be almost as endearing as Otis when it is necessary but at the same time, Tucker doesn't speak in the ridiculous tone that Otis adopts and was always the more serious WWE Superstar of the two.

And therefore, there is a great chance for him to be a heel as well, something that is necessary on the RAW brand at this point in time. Seth Rollins is no longer a part of the RAW brand, and while it'll take some doing, in time Tucker could fill that void quite well.
And while this is just speculation, Tucker has been given the RAW end of the stick in this deal. Maybe someone like him could seek retribution?
Being part of the Heavy Machinery brand would require him to be goofy and silly.
