#2 John Cena and Roman Reigns is a rematch WWE fans need
As mentioned earlier in the article, John Cena has already faced Roman Reigns, but that was a completely different Reigns. The Tribal Chief is a certified monster and has been a true terror for the Blue brand for nearly a year. Ever since he joined up with Paul Heyman, fans have been begging to see him get a rematch with Brock Lesnar.
Lesnar is a man that Reigns has faced too many times already. But this Roman Reigns is nowhere near the performer that Lesnar or Cena have faced before. He's more dangerous now than he's ever been. We saw this magic trick work when he fought Drew McIntyre at Survivor Series last year.
Their match at WrestleMania 35 was fine, good even. But when they butted heads at WWE Survivor Series it was a genuine blockbuster main event, something we hadn't had in years.
Of course Reigns should face Cena again. It gives the latter a chance to right a wrong, and it gives Roman Reigns a chance to prove once and for all that he's the better of the two.
#1 This could serve as the perfect retirement for John Cena
Are there any more matches left for John Cena? Most of his greatest rivals are either retired or in their final runs with WWE. He's pretty much missed the window to go to another promotion, and is now focused on his career in Hollywood.
Cena is technically tied with Ric Flair for the most world championships. There's a debate to be had, but as far as WWE goes, they're neck and neck. He will go down, without a doubt, as one of the greatest WWE Superstars of all time. Some can argue, and it's legitimate, that he's number one.
If John Cena is coming back, and it's his final run, there probably isn't a better one to retire him than Roman Reigns. The Tribal Chief is at the height of a true star like Cena, The Rock, and others that have come and gone. WWE No Mercy 2017 wasn't the passing of the torch, but this would be.
