#2: Asuka needs a newsworthy opponent like Mandy Rose to keep the WWE RAW Women's title scene relevant
If Mandy Rose can't challenge for the SmackDown Women's title anymore, then perhaps it would be a great idea for her to go after the top championship gold on WWE RAW.
Asuka is a fantastic in-ring competitor. Her feud with The Golden Role Models was one of the best aspects of WWE for a while, but that program is in the past now. The Empress of Tomorrow needs more credible and newsworthy opponents as soon as possible.
Mickie James seems like a potential candidate for the same. But the way WWE chose to bring the veteran back might have already killed a lot of momentum for Mickie James.
Dangerous opponents like Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler are currently the Women's Tag Team Champions, and the last thing everyone wants right now is another double champion in the Women's Division.
Unlike SmackDown, the path for Mandy Rose to become a top champion seems more efficient on WWE RAW. Rose has earned a lot of momentum on the Blue brand, and her presence could simply make the RAW Women's title scene more mainstream than it is right now.
