#4. Roman Reigns will gain considerable momentum by defeating Rey Mysterio
As incredible as it would be for Rey Mysterio to win the Universal Championship, Roman Reigns will most likely retain the coveted title at Hell in a Cell.
Since returning in August 2020, The Tribal Chief has been unstoppable. Kevin Owens, Braun Strowman, Edge, and Daniel Bryan have all fallen victim to the power and fury of the most dominant Universal Champion of the modern era. The Head of the Table has taken on all comers, and he isn't dropping his title anytime soon.
Mysterio is a sure-shot future Hall of Famer. He has won multiple World Championships and is one of the most decorated performers of all time. He is also among the greatest babyfaces of all time, having built up a large fan base. It is an honor to share the ring with someone as legendary and reliable as Rey Mysterio.
Pinning the Ultimate Underdog clean in the ring is a tremendous accomplishment so Reigns will receive a tremendous boost by defeating him. Moreover, the heat he will garner upon the victory will be immense, as the WWE Universe will further detest him for conquering another hero.
A post-match assault may further intensify the heat gained from the victory. Either way, Reigns would become more credible by defeating Mysterio.
