#4: A Ronda Rousey win would refresh a title scene that has grown underwhelming
Ronda Rousey's WrestleMania opponent, Charlotte Flair, has had a lukewarm reign on the blue brand.
The Queen of all Eras has been firing on all cylinders, putting on quality matches with all challengers. However, factors such as Toni Storm's sudden departure from the company and the sparsity of title defenses at premium live vents have derailed her momentum.
Rousey getting the victory at the show of shows would breathe new life into both the title scene and Flair's future storylines on the brand.
#3: Ronda Rousey as Smackdown Women's Champion would offset the imbalance in star power between the blue brand and Monday Night RAW
The Smackdown roster needs a star of the Ronda Rousey's calibre more than RAW does. Her presence on the brand helps it compete with the stacked red brand roster. With the likes of Becky Lynch, Lita, Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley all working Monday Nights, Rousey's star power is better utilized on Friday nights.
The absence of top Smackdown Superstars like Bayley and Sasha Banks makes it all the more imperative that the former UFC Champion captures the title at the show of shows. This would give the division a shot in the arm going into the post-Wrestlemania season.
