#4 Defended the company against a dear friend's comments
Rollins recently got into a Twitter war with NJPW's Will Ospreay when he defended WWE's product on Twitter, calling it "the best pro wrestling company on the planet". Rollins kept at it for a long while and received flak from Twitterati, wrestlers, and dirtsheets, but he didn't budge one bit.

Later, Rollins spoke about Jon Moxley's criticism of WWE and went on to throw shade at one of his closest friends for speaking ill of the company that helped him become a megastar. When one goes to such lengths to defend the company they're working for, it is a clear sign that they are someone who can be trusted to be the face of the company for a long time to come.
There's a big possibility that Rollins was instructed by the higher-ups to hit back at Moxley's comments, but the fact that he actually went ahead with it speaks volumes about him genuinely caring about WWE and wanting others to respect what it produces on a weekly basis without ever stopping.
