#2 The Miz winning after Tucker's heel turn ensures Otis doesn't lose credibility
The Miz winning the Money in the Bank contract at WWE Hell in a Cell was probably the correct decision. But what made it better was the way he defeated Otis. In a shocking turn of events, Tucker betrayed his Heavy Machinery brother and hit him with the Money in the Bank briefcase, which led to The Miz taking advantage to pin Otis.
A booking like this ensured that even after losing his Money in the Bank contract to The Miz, Otis was protected in the finish, while also getting massive babyface sympathy. After the match, Tucker mentioned how he was tired of being the workhorse and Otis getting all the limelight.
Scenarios like these should usually result in a feud between Otis and Tucker, and we saw a glimpse of the same when the two started a brawl backstage after the match at Hell in a Cell. But with Tucker being on RAW and Otis on SmackDown, it is anyone's guess as to how WWE would play this out. Or both might just be in their brand's Survivor Series team and clash at the pay-per-view.
Nonetheless, The Miz was the one who benefitted the most from Tucker turning on Otis.
