One babyface character that can easily be compared to Bayley is John Cena. Many have often referred to Cena as the most polarizing character in WWE next to Roman Reigns. Now, Bayley appears to be heading down that path. Many have seen that Bayley has lost a little direction with her character.

Whether that means she isn't connecting like she once did, or fans have grown tired of her, the once apparent adulation and cheers she received has changed to a mix of cheers and jeers.

If she is already receiving jeers, then it doesn't help her cause to try to continue on being a face. So rather than staying the course, creative may have to be more observant as to how fans are reacting to her. The best choice would be to embrace those jeers, change the direction of her character, and become the heel that deserves that hostility.
