#1 He wants to be a part of championship storylines
WWE is now creating new superstars and giving more opportunities to deserving wrestlers, which is one of the major reasons why this change makes more sense. We saw Drew McIntyre win the Royal Rumble match this year, and there is a lot of push that is being given to him. Buddy Murphy is another superstar that has been given a push, and he became the tag team champion after joining forces with the Monday Night Messiah, Seth Rollins.
With so many amazing options, and new champions being crowned, it seems to be the perfect opportunity for someone like Aleister Black to search for his space, and in case the storylines can't provide it, then he needs to step up, and search for his opponents. He is a wrestler that can pick a fight with anyone and prove to be invaluable for the championship and its related storyline.

It is with this in mind that I guess he can start a storyline with Andrade upon his return, or go for some other champion, and get some quality competition, which would be a welcome change for the wrestler and the fans.
