#1 A match with Triple H at WrestleMania 35
On SmackDown Live's 1000th episode in its entire history, we saw Evolution reunite for the third time as Batista returned to be alongside Triple H, Ric Flair, and Randy Orton. It was a moment that had the entire crowd cheering due to the fact that we hadn't seen all four individuals together for a long time.
However, during that segment, we saw the seeds being planted for a possible match consisting of Batista and Triple H for the near future. It was a cheeky but significant moment as Batista had reminded Triple H that he had beaten everybody in the WWE, apart from him, which is a statement which is true.
Batista had appeared on Talk is Jericho along with Chris Jericho himself, where he indicated that the only thing he would like to do in the WWE is to have a program with Triple H. Batista stated "I would do a whole program and I'd be done" as well as describing Triple H as "awesome to work with."
This suggests that the only reason why Batista appeared on Smackdown 1000 in the first place, was to rekindle the potential rivalry between himself and Triple H. The fans did indeed cheer when Batista had mentioned that Hunter had never beaten him, and this also suggests that it would be a rivalry that the fans could get their teeth into.
There is no doubt that if Batista and Triple H were ever to compete in a WWE ring again, it would be for the last time. And if Triple H is soon ready to wrestle again, WrestleMania 35 would be the best platform for two WWE icons to go at it one last time.
Do you think that Batista should wrestle at Wrestlemania 35? If so, who do you think his opponent will be? If not, why do you feel he shouldn't appear at The Grandest Stage of Them All? Drop your opinion on the comments section below!
