Braun Strowman has played both a heel and a face character during his time in the company. The Monster Among Men had been a hit with the WWE Universe for a long time, but his constant failures led him to fall down the ranks.

The Superstar has exhausted most of his title opportunities, and it’s great to see the company give him a role that was usually linked to someone like the Big Show.

Strowman’s previous heel turn came sometime around last year when he was feuding with Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship, but he turned face soon after as Reigns was forced to relinquish his title and Strowman went on to feud with Brock Lesnar for it.

Now that Strowman is booked against Fury, it’s obvious that the fans are on Fury’s side as he is the bigger star and celebrity with a lot of fan following. To sell this feud better, WWE seemed to have forgotten to pick the obvious heel from the duo which they look to have sorted out now.

Strowman’s heelish attack on Fury down at the Performance Center could prove to be the point from where the company builds on and makes him the heel in this feud, to make Fury the obvious babyface and crowd favorite.

Since their match will take place in an international arena, it makes sense from WWE to have one of their Superstars play the heel while Fury, the bigger international star, can easily play the babyface.
