Picking up from the previous point, it seems extremely unlikely that Strowman can easily dominate someone like Tyson Fury, without having some sort of advantage.

During the big match between The Big Show and Floyd Mayweather, we saw the No Disqualification rule work in Mayweather’s favor, and he was able to overcome the massive size difference between the two men by using a steel chair and picking up the victory.

Similarly, the company will have to put in a few factors if they are indeed going to book Strowman to pick up the victory against one of the greatest boxers of all time.

If Strowman uses some weapons during the match, it will obviously make him look like the weaker opponent and reduce his overall credibility and impact of his victory. Therefore, injuring Fury before the bout can help Strowman target Fury’s ankle throughout the clash and use that advantage to pick up his victory.

We’re already seeing Cain Velaquez limp his way out to the middle every time he comes out to the ring on television, and this could prove to be the turning point in his match with Brock Lesnar, as he is suffering from a legitimate knee injury. Similarly, we could see WWE use the same angle for Fury if they are planning to book him to lose the match.
