#4 Because the WWE Universal Title picture cannot afford to get any more confusing

The reigning, defending, undisputed WWE Universal Heavyweight Champion of the world Brock Lesnar (*read in Paul Heyman's voice) is all set to defend his title against Seth Rollins on April 7th in the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, at WrestleMania 35.
It's worth noting that Rollins wasn't the WWE's first choice to face Lesnar, and in fact, Lesnar wasn't even supposed to hold the Universal Championship! However, as they say, nature has a rather strange way of working things out: Roman Reigns was forced to vacate the Universal Title in October of last year, due to the unfortunate return of his leukemia, and Lesnar subsequently won the vacant title.
However, now that Reigns has returned to the WWE, and the top storyline on RAW is that of Reigns' Shield brother Rollins challenging Lesnar for the Universal Title at WrestleMania; adding another top Superstar like Braun Strowman to the title picture would only create chaos and confusion.
Ergo, as much as we want Strowman to finally capture a world title in WWE, he cannot be added to the Universal Championship picture at WrestleMania 35...
