This should have already happened and was very close to come to fruition last year. However, in the end, it was only but a short-lived rivalry that finished before it could have even been started.

But WWE had the chance to renew it for SummerSlam this year and book it as a match of a Monster taking on the Beast. They could have hyped it as two of the biggest men in WWE tearing each other apart for the Universal Title.

I mean, just look at what happened when Strowman was pitched against a physical wonder like Lashley. Even though many doubted the feud giving out anything good, it turned out to be a spectacular story in the end that made both men look good.

With Lesnar and Strowman, things could have taken a further step in the right direction but now, that is not going to happen.
