Let me begin this section of the article by saying that I mean no disrespect at all to Dana Brooke, but she was never in the same league as the other women in the match. I would have been very shocked indeed if it had been her going on to face Bayley for the Championship.
However, Alexa Bliss is certainly always going to be a potential contender for the Championship but right now, I have a feeling that she and Nikki Cross could be next in line to face The Kabuki Warriors and bolster the forgotten Women's Tag Team Championship picture.

And maybe Bayley goes on to defeat Carmella and faces Naomi for the title at WrestleMania 36. This is certainly a possibility especially if you consider how creative Naomi's entrances tend to be, which could definitely lend itself to a very memorable WrestleMania 36 spectacle.
And hence, maybe Carmella is only a filler feud until WrestleMania 36 comes around.
