Cruiserweight Division lacks well- known faces. If it had introduced Neville, in the beginning, the Division would have been a paragon. The Division introduced a bunch of rookies with no storylines and no character -- perfect recipe for a disaster.

Also, the very first night when the CWD wrestlers were introduced, they proved to be a failure and the crowd lost interest in them. Mick Foley messed up their introduction big time. He fumbled, mumbled and stumbled.
