While the in-ring ability of WWE stars has consistently improved over the years, the ratings have fallen with every passing year. And, it reached a record low because of the US Presidential Debate last week. WWE is desperate to create a buzz once again, and who better than Bill Goldberg to bring back older fans, and get them excited once more?
It’s a shame that with the world of talent that WWE now possesses (including Brock Lesnar), that it needs older stars to create a buzz. But such is the reality and the tragedy of the business. The return of Bill Goldberg has all of social media talking and it will be the most anticipated comeback maybe, ever.
