#3 It would make the build much more interesting

Roman Reigns vs Goldberg will probably be the most predictable match on the WrestleMania card. It seems like the only reason why Goldberg won the Universal Championship was to transition it over to Reigns with minimum fuss. WWE will need to come up with some inspired creative to make this feud worth getting into.
Goldberg has already proven to be a huge hit in the rating department for SmackDown, and a heel turn would surely improve the ratings further. It wouldn't even be the first time an initially unappealing WrestleMania match is spiced up with an excellent build-up. Remember the mixed tag team match from 2017?
The road to WrestleMania is all about twists and turns. And when it comes to this match, there will be no bigger twist than a Goldberg heel turn. It would be a shocking moment, to say the least, and hopefully, gets the hardcore fans a little more excited for this otherwise predictable match.
