#1 Too predictable

WWE has done a great job with The Fiend over the last couple of months and a lot of that has to do with how unpredictable the character is. In fact, between foreshadowing events in his matches during episodes of The Firefly Funhouse and outright destroying anyone in his path, The Fiend has been the company's biggest wild card.
With that being said and WrestleMania 36 right around the corner, it's beyond obvious that The Fiend is going to retain The Universal Title at Super Showdown. How he does it remains to be seen, but it is pretty much a guarantee that Goldberg will be little more than a stepping stone for The Fiend's road to WrestleMania 36.
Sure, The Fiend will be there in all his glory and dispose of a WWE legend in a matter of minutes, but that is nothing compared to what the company could do with another match up. Beyond that, it's arguably one of the most lackluster ways to kick off The Fiend's road to WrestleMania 36, thus why it's just not a good pick.
