Fastlane is not one of the big 4, it’s a B-PPV on the road to WrestleMania 33. Fans who booked tickets to this PPV were not entitled to a Goldberg appearance when they booked the show, let alone a Universal Title change.
Therefore, this match will be seen as an added bonus to this crowd, no matter what the length, so the WWE will have no backlash from the crowd for keeping it short at Fastlane.
