Perhaps, one of the groups that have gotten some of the worst or mixed responses in AEW has been The Dark Order. Their intended beatdown of The Elite was meant to be their crowning glory, but was ridiculed by many. Even Jim Ross said that he was embarrassed by the segment.

In the last couple of months, there have murmurs of Hangman Page actually being part of The Dark Order. Perhaps, he may not be a 'full member' but it is part of a bigger story. What if Hangman Page is not actually part of the group, but they have mutual goals? There is a good chance that this current title reign with the tag titles won't last very long.

The team that could actually beat The Elite would be The Dark Order. In a way, it makes sense. Hangman Page wants to be World Champion and not just settle for the tag titles. If he has to step over his friends to do it, so be it!
