There's a saying that's gone around a lot and it's that in WWE, "never say never". It's repeated because it's true and the fact of the matter is that you can never deny the possibilities of big returns, which is why CM Punk slowly having an association with WWE again (even as a FOX employee) wasn't a big surprise to many.

In this case, it's not a surprise either. For those who weren't in the loop about Morrison potentially returning, it probably was, but it's been an open secret for a while, even if he denied it publicly himself (and what else would he be expected to do?).

We wonder why the deal took so long to come to fruition but it's possible that Morrison was nursing injuries, busy with his other career or was simply waiting it out to work out a better deal with the company.

But his return confirms the fact that almost everyone returns to WWE at some point or the other.
