#2 Shinsuke Nakamura is not over with the mainstream crowd yet
The WWE Universe is really yet to see what Shinsuke Nakamura is capable of in the ring. They are yet to see the charisma and the persona of the former IWGP Intercontinental Champion.

The feuds Nakamura has had so far have done little to bring out the true King of Strong Style in his main roster run.
While his personality has started catching on with glimpses of his charisma evident during his confrontations with Styles, Nakamura is yet to captivate the mainstream WWE audience.
Putting the belt on him prematurely may have caused problem in his WWE career, and Nakamura now has the opportunity to go over the moon before he captures the gold.
