Despite Ronda Rousey taking a hiatus from WWE potentially to begin a family, she remains under contract with the company and has not been granted any type of release from her deal.
With news breaking recently that Paul Heyman has been named the Executive Director of WWE Raw, Sportskeeda's Tom Colohue reports that Ronda Rousey has been wanting to work with Heyman ever since she first signed her WWE contract.
“If [Ronda Rousey] does come back to Raw, it might not take until October either," reported Colohue. "She wants to work with Heyman now. She wanted to the whole time.”
The pairing of Ronda Rousey and Paul Heyman seems inevitable to many fans, as Heyman has already brought more of an edge to WWE Raw in one week, and could provide more of an edge to Rousey, who is dubbed as "The Baddest Woman on the Planet."
