The biggest and maybe only knock on Ronda since her arrival is her mic skills. The nature in which she talks about being a champion started very strongly. It was natural given her substantial championship reign in UFC. In recent weeks these repetitive promos and similar programs have stalled Rousey's character.
The WWE Universe has begun to turn on Ronda Rousey. The boo birds have come full circle, while chants of “Becky” echo throughout arenas. It would appear to be the appropriate time to breathe new life into the dried out character of Ronda Rousey. And nothing would do that quite like a heel turn.

Ronda being on the mic will still be a challenge. The last two weeks showed that she is not experienced enough in this type of environment. Raucous crowds have caused her to mess up words. Rousey's promo before the Bayley encounter from last week was a forgettable one.
Pairing Rousey with a manager for her heel turn would significantly help her. Having another talent talk for her would help Ronda better encapsulate the "HBIC" and "The Baddest Woman on the Planet" monikers by giving off the aura of a no-nonsense fighter.
